Title: Financial Controller

Job Summary:
As the Financial Controller of Autotec, you will be a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team. This role is a balance amongst (i) financial reporting and planning, (ii) operational support, and (iii) financial management and capital allocation. You will be working and managing a Senior Accountant and a Cost Accountant. Autotec is seeking a highly motivated candidate for this Controller role, who ultimately seeks the development and long term growth into the Chief Financial Officer role.
DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES
Financial:
- Implement weekly reporting cadence against internal/external KPIs
- FP&A responsibilities, including forecasting and reconciliation
- Work with Accounting team on cash management and all related reporting
- Work with Accounting team to manage month end close process
- Work with Accounting team on management of staff/payroll execution/ state and local taxes and licenses
Operational:
- Management and monitoring of operating margins
- Work with key team members to manage, report internal financial KPIs
- Recruit, hire, manage relating financial professionals
- Monitor and assess job timelines as related to billings and accounts receivable
Capital Allocation/Management:
- Key decision maker and resource in terms of internal investment
- Facilitate internal communication for banking relationships and relating credit facilities
- Provide a point of view on growth levers for the business, and opportunities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Strong accounting skills
- Strong financial forecasting and strong critical thinking aptitude
- Industry experience and understanding
- Knowledge of relevant business software solutions, hardware and other technology; Jobscope ERP knowledge a strong plus

Qualifications:
- 10+ years accounting or finance experience
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
- CPA required

Position Title: Controls Engineer
Reports to: Design Engineer Manager
Core Competencies: Provide control solutions for Autotec Machine Systems developed to solve customers’ challenges/problems. Analytical/Critical thinking plus disciplined in applying robust design methodologies and sound engineering principles to develop and realize solutions.
Position Overview:
- Responsible for preparing engineering to include:
- system design
- PLC programming
- HMI programming
- control panel design and detail
- hardware selection
- bill of materials creation
- Responsible for system I/O check, debug and startup at Autotec.
- Responsible for leading and participating in problem solving activities.
- Interact with other departments, suppliers and customers to obtain pertinent information.
- Works closely with senior mechanical setup technician to ensure that the machine functionality is complete and approved at Autotec before shipping.
- Coordinates, documents, and files all history associated with a specific job.
- Reviews project quote and scope and calls attention to ideas and concepts.
- Perform sales and engineering visits when required.
- Creates costing estimate spread sheets when required to assist sales.
- Reviews engineering to make certain Autotec and customer machine expectations are met.
- Assistance on the shop floor at Autotec as well as in the field service will be required.
Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 year Applicable Experience

Reports to: Manager of Engineering
Job Summary: The position provides mechanical solutions which are developed to solve our customers’ problems. This individual must be an analytical thinker and must be disciplined in applying robust design methodologies and engineering principles to develop and realize solutions. This individual will be a key link between Autotec and our customers. The Senior Design Engineer will also be responsible for day to day engineering department operation and discipline.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for preparing engineering to include: concept, design, detail, bill of materials, as-built drawings and manuals for Autotec machines and systems. In addition, Design Engineer is responsible for system mechanical functionality and suitability of design.
- Assistance on the shop floor at Autotec as well as in the field will be required.
- Will be responsible for leading and participating in problem solving activities.
- Interacts with other departments, suppliers and customers to obtain pertinent information. Works very close with senior mechanical setup technician to ensure that the machine functionality is complete and approved at Autotec before shipping.
- Will perform project management duties.
- Coordinates, documents, and files all history associated with a specific job.
- Reviews project quote and scope and calls attention to ideas and concepts that may be better handled in a different way.

- Coordinates, documents, and files electrical history associated with a specific job.
- Coordinates with manager to determine project details and milestones.
- Creates costing estimate spread sheets when required.
